Probably pretty specific to this kind of configuration, but still interesting that it happened along with other scattered reports. Likely the ability to repair those settings went away when we did the upgrade of QB. I suspect that QB 2019 uses some DLLs or other dependency that QB 2015 didn’t and that while settings persisted over an upgrade from QB 2015 to QB 2019, that it just took applying this update to cause the settings to be lost. Patched fully and multi-user access working fine today. Our initial install was with QB 2015, and we later upgraded to QB 2019.Ī fresh install of QB 2019 on a fresh, unpatched Server 2016 Core vm didn’t resolve the issue, but a fresh install of QB 2019 on a fresh Server 2016 Desktop vm worked just fine.
